The folks at TextHelp have just announced a new tool for Read and Write for Google Chrome. Check it is a new tool that checks for spelling, grammar, and homophone errors. See the video below to watch Check it in action:
Users should start seeing this new feature rolled out in the coming weeks. If you’re impatient like myself, you can simply uninstall and reinstall the extension to see the new feature. I was able to test it with an evaluation I was writing. I am so impressed by the ease of use and of Check It’s ability to discover grammar and spelling errors that go beyond basic spelling and grammar checks. I can’t wait to share this with my learners to help them be the best reader, writer, and researcher that they can be!
